1. Using SERVIFY
By creating an account you agree to use SERVIFY lawfully and to provide accurate details for every transaction. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
2. Orders and delivery
Services are delivered to the number or account you provide at checkout. Please double-check details before paying — deliveries to a wrongly entered recipient cannot always be reversed.
3. Pricing and payments
Prices are shown before checkout and may change based on provider rates. Payments are processed by regulated payment partners; SERVIFY does not store full card details.
4. Refunds
Failed transactions are automatically reversed. Where a service was delivered as ordered, refunds are not available. Contact support within 24 hours of any issue.
5. Third-party providers
Social platforms, networks, streaming and AI providers set their own plan terms. SERVIFY facilitates the purchase but is not responsible for those providers' service quality.
6. Changes
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of SERVIFY after an update means you accept the revised terms.
